Back in the early 1900's divers off the coast of the Greek island Antikythera discovered a 2000 year old computer. The Antikythere mechanism was a dictionary sized assemblage of 37 interlocking dials used to track the movements of the planets and to determine the dates and places of upcoming Olympic games. It was thought that gears of this kind was not invented for at least another 1500 years.
l think there are many things we have yet to discover about our ancient ancestors, they where far more advanced than many of us think....
How cool is that?! It makes you wonder what other awesome stuff is buried out there...
